Sponsor an aspiring teacher by making a contribution to the ABCTE scholarship fund.
Your contribution will enable ABCTE to cover all costs for a teacher candidate, including recruitment, screening, testing, support, and certification. Those wishing to provide a full scholarship ($2,500) for a future teacher will receive periodic updates on the candidate’s progress and chosen subject area, including in which school district and grade the candidate is teaching, post-certification.
Contributions to the scholarship fund have a tremendous impact on the lives of many:
- Candidates – program cost will no longer be a barrier to certification
- Students – will be taught by a knowledgeable and dedicated teacher
- Parents – socioeconomic status will not be an indicator of the type of education their children will receive
- Schools – staffing classrooms with excellent teachers becomes a reality, rather than a dream
