ABCTE Launches New Financial Aid Program

Yesterday, we announced a new financial aid program designed to help more people afford our program. Here's what went out in an email:

At ABCTE, we take a great deal of pride in the fact that our program is the most flexible and affordable teaching certification option in many of the states where it is accepted. And we're also always looking for ways to improve on that.

Last year, we took action based on your feedback, adding a six month installment plan to give you even more financial flexibility. But we're very aware that there are still some people who are not able to afford the program.

We're pleased to announce another new program that will make teaching certification more affordable for even more people. Our new financial aid program is available to anyone who who meets the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) income eligibility guidelines for free school meals. Any individual who meets that criteria will receive 40% off the cost of the ABCTE program.

To find out if you are eligible for financial aid, please consult the chart on our website. And you can still pay via the installment plan if you eligible for financial aid.

For those who are not eligible, but still need financial assistance, we hope you'll consider the installment plan and we invite you to contact us with other ideas on how we can help you and others afford the program.

If you have questions about the new financial aid program, please visit the financial aid page on our site and then call us at 877-669-2228 if there's anything else we can answer for you.
