Giovanni Cozzarelli

Vice President, Finance & Administration

Mr. Cozzarelli brings to the position over 25 years of broad-ranged, in-depth experience as a senior executive in the fields of banking, financial management, and business operations. He has worked in the private and non-profit sectors within the U.S. and internationally.

Additionally, he has conducted feasibility studies to assess market potential and regulations affecting international expansions; managed the Latin American loan portfolio for a major US Bank, directed 20 micro lending institutions in Latin America, the Newly Independent States, and Africa, and was the CFO for the first international subsidiary of the 12th largest US Grocery Company. Before joining us as Director of Finance and Administration, Mr. Cozzarelli was the Executive Director for a non-profit in Loudoun County.

Mr. Cozzarelli earned a BA in economics/business administration at the Catholic University in Ecuador; an MA in economics and a diploma in Latin American studies from the University of Pittsburgh; and a Certificate in Banking from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
